My summer was a good balance of family time, teaching and accomplishing (a few) items on “My Things To Do List”.   Throughout the summer, I offered my French summer camps, and the most popular this year was “French and French Cooking” which I taught five times over the two month break. All the children perfected their skills at separating eggs; even though, a third usually ended up in “Julian’s omelette bowl” (for my son), and now making macarons and mousse au chocolat seems easy for them. In-between camps, I went to Europe to visit family in France and Spain, which included a Spanish wedding in Pamplona and relaxing on the beach in Biarritz. 

Now, I am looking forward to another amazing year at North Star, and painting my fence will have to wait until next July.
