Christie Stanford is the lead facilitator of North Star’s Infant-Toddler Program.  She is an AMI trained guide at the infant-toddler, casa and elementary levels.

What a great summer we have had! After school ended back in June, my family and I took off for Ontario to spend time with my mom in Oakville. We had two fabulous weeks visiting with old friends and having an extra set of hands to help with the boys, which is always a treat. I returned to Vancouver to run the Infant Toddler summer program for 7 weeks and welcomed quite a few new families to our school. August had the arrival of my in-laws from Palm Springs as well as my brother and family from Australia. We managed to head off to the coast for a week together and had an amazing time at Quadra Island; what a stunning place! Now we are gearing up for the start of school and it always feels good to get back to a set routine.
