North Star Montessori Programs

Building a foundation to last throughout your child’s life.

Programs Designed To Build On Skills & Development

North Star offers a full range of programs from infancy through Grade 7. The program is divided into three sections based on the Planes of Development: Infant-Toddler, Casa (preschool) and Elementary. Each level builds on the skills and development from the previous level. The Extended-Day and Elementary programs are meant to be a seamless continuation of the foundation so carefully designed and implemented in the early years.

Infant & Toddler

Ages 2 months to 3 years

The Parent-Infant and Parent-Toddler programs are designed to assist you in optimally supporting your child during the rapid period of absorption and brain growth that occurs during the first three years of life.

Casa

Ages 3 to 6 years

The Casa Program follows authentic Montessori principles where children of mixed ages learn through a multi-sensory curriculum that encourages individual skill development and reflects different learning styles and interests.
Half-day and Full-day programs available.

Extended-Day Kindergarten

Ages 5 to 6 years

The Extended-Day program allows school-aged children to expand and solidify their social, academic and emotional development.

Elementary

Ages 6 to 12 years

Building on the foundation created by the previous levels of Montessori education, the Elementary Program provides a rich and diverse curriculum, appealing to the older students’ sense of wonder and reasoning mind. It promotes learning through peers to eventual leadership.
