The Dalia Lama Center for Peace & Education is dedicating the next five weeks to focus collective attention on the five positive human qualities they believe make up Heart-Mind well-being.  These include; getting along with others; being alert and engaged; being compassionate and kind; being secure and calm; and solving problems peacefully.

Every week for five weeks, they will release a new Heart-Mind Challenge into your Inbox.

Equipped with background information on each Heart-Mind quality and a do-able list of activities – you choose your action to promote this quality both in yourself and with the children in your life (your classroom, your school, your home, your neighbourhood).
